Membership

Visitors are welcome to attend club meeting to meet members and find out more about the club. They are also welcome to go on three trips before becoming members.

Upon Successful application a TLCC Darwin Trainer will inspect your vehicle with you to locate Rated Recovery Points fitted both front and rear, Rated Jacking Points fitted both front and rear, and inspect your Vehicle Recovery Kit before you attend a Club Trip. If you are unsure or do not currently possess part or all of the above mentioned Basic Recovery Equipment, our TLCC Darwin Trainers will be more than happy to walk through with you and provide suggestions for the required Basic Recovery Equipment.

Our club has discount purchasing for club members. This applies to prices on spare parts, four wheel drive accessories, camping and computer products.

An electronic club magazine is produced and is available for download each month, this includes reports of recent trips and details of up coming trips and social events. Missed out on receiving an E-Mag or want to see a previous edition, simply download a copy of each months publication from our E-Mag page.

Fees

Joining Fee: Joining fee and pro rata rates apply to new members only.	$25.00
Family Membership: Covers two Adults in a family plus all their children under the age of 18. Once a child turns 18 and starts attending club trips or events with their own vehicle, they will be required to purchase their own membership.	$90.00
Single Membership: Covers a single person.	$70.00
Associate Membership: Covers persons who are interested in the activities of the club and are seeking an alternative to ordinary membership. This includes persons who reside outside of 100km of the Darwin GPO including persons living interstate or overseas. Pro rata rates do not apply to Associate Members.	$50.00

Single Pro Rata Rates:
1 July to 30 Sept - Full fees	1 Oct to 31 Dec - $54	1 Jan to 31 Mar - $36	1 Apr - 30 Jun - $18

Note: New membership applications will incur a joining fee and yearly membership fees will be calculated on a pro rata basis per quarter if joining after 30 September. Renewing memberships are not required to pay the joining fee again.

Note: All memberships are based on a 12 month financial year (1 July to 30 June) . As per the Toyota LandCruiser Club Darwin Constitution, memberships which are not paid within 90 days after the due date cease to be a financial member and will then become null and void unless the Executive Committee determines otherwise. A failure to remain a financial member will incur the cost of the joining fee upon reapplication.

Note: As per the Toyota LandCruiser Club Darwin Constitution applications are reviewed by the TLCC Darwin Executive Committee. The Executive Committee reserves the right to deny applications at its discretion. Unsuccessful applicants are entitled to appeal a rejection decision by providing written notice to the Club Secretary within 14 days after being advised of the decision. If after careful reconsideration of the application the TLCC Darwin Executive Committee reaffirms its decision to reject the application, then the Executive Committees decision is final.
